At Leatherneed, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality footwear that combines comfort, style, and environmental consciousness. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we aim to make this process as straightforward as possible.

7-Day Free Trial Policy

We offer a 7-day Policy. If 7 days have passed since your order delivery, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.​
  • In its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The product is returned after seven days.​
  • The item has been worn, damaged, or is not in its original packaging.​

Exclusive Sale Items

  • Orders placed during our Sale period are not eligible for returns.​
  • For size issues, defective, or damaged products during the sale, we offer exchanges subject to size availability.​

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Please note that COD charges (typically ranging from ₹75 to ₹100) are non-refundable in case of returns.​

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery:

Upon receiving the returned product, we will send a confirmation, and your payment will be processed within seven business days.​
